Join Curtis as he plays Mozart blindfolded for Camilla, as she attends their 300th Anniversary Gala at St. John’s Smith Square in London.
Performing the highlight of the event Curtis Elton ATCL, plays the role of the young Mozart on the occasion of his London visit in 1764 playing the fortepiano blindfolded. Curtis also known as Mini-Mozart was dressed up as a young Mozart and performed 'Alla Turca - Allegretto' from 'Piano Sonata No.11 in A major, K.331' Ronda Alla Turca' on a late 17th century Fortepiano.
Afterwards Curtis Curtis, almost as cheekily as Mozart was famous for, met Camilla and asks with a smiley face if she enjoyed the performance.
Also performing: soprano Rebecca Evans, counter tenor Christopher Ainslie, baritone Simon Keenlyside and organist David Titterington accompanied by the Early Opera Company and directed by Christian Curnyn.
